Competitive ruling: CWE Lauxio

Jakob "Lauxio" Dovgan has violated rule 11.1.10 of the ERL Rulebook and will be suspended from playing in the next two games of EBL, until the 19th of July.

TL;DR: Jakob “Lauxio” Dovgan, player for Cyber Wolves Esports, has exhibited unacceptable behavior in his games on the live server. As a result, he will be suspended for the next two games, until the 19th of July.

CONTEXT
Through the standard investigations carried out by Riot Officials prior to the start of each Season, evidence showed that Lauxio displayed negative behavior while playing League of Legends for which has an ongoing warning. Additionally, Lauxio continued to use inappropriate and offensive language towards other players in public games, which is unacceptable and has no place in our competitive ecosystem.

RULING
Jakob “Lauxio” Dovgan has violated rule 11.1.10 of the ERL Rulebook and will be suspended from playing in the next two games of EBL, until the 19th of July.

11.1.10. A Team Manager/Member may not use language that is obscene, foul, vulgar, insulting, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise 41 offensive or objectionable; or promote or incite hatred or discriminatory conduct, in or near the Match Area, at any time. A Team Manager/Member may not use any facilities, services or equipment provided or made  available by the League or its contractors to post, transmit, disseminate or otherwise make available any such prohibited communications. A Team Manager/Member may not use this type of language on social media or during any public-facing events.
